ALL RACE DRIVERS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A RACEIVER! They are Mandatory! A Raceiver (Race Receiver) is a radio device that relays Track Officials communications. We sell them at our track as well. This device is for the Race Director to be able to communicate with race drivers to help provide instructions during a race, be it safety, race position, where to line up before the green flag, when a caution comes out, how many laps are left, etc.
-
Please listen carefully to the race director for instructions and abide by his commands. Your cooperation is much appreciated and makes the event run smoothly and safely. If you continue to ignore race directors commands, you can be Black Flagged for failure to comply.

FLAGS
-
Green Flag/Light means its time to go racing! Step on the gas and give it all you got.
-
Yellow Flag/Light means there is an accident on the track and you need to slow down. Once everyone is at a slow pace, catch up with the next car in front of you and listen for our track officials to tell you what to do and where to go.
-
Red Flag/Light means to stop on the race track until further notice.
-
Blue Flag with a Yellow Cross Line on it means you are getting lapped by the race leaders. HOLD YOUR LINE! DO NOT DART ACCROSS THE TRACK. Track Staff will inform you in your receiver on what to do and where to go on the track when this happens. Be aware of your surroundings when getting lapped by the leaders.
-
2 Flags crossed means the race is Half Way finished.
-
2 Flags side by side pointing outward means there are 2 laps remaining.
-
White Flag means One lap remaining.
-
Checkered Flag means the race is finished after crossing the start finish line/cone.
-
BLACK FLAG MEANS THE TRACK STAFF HAVE DECIDED TO DISQUALIFY YOU AND PULL YOU OFF THE TRACK! Do Not ignore this Flag! If you do, you will stop being scored after 1 lap of seeing this Flag. HEAVY consequences will be established onto you. Possible ban/expulsion of ever racing at our facility again if you deny to pull your car off the track.

STARTS / RESTARTS
-
You are to be staged and ready when called to drive onto the track. You will ONLY be given 1 lap to make it onto the track before the initial start of the race.
-
All starts/restarts are started by the 1st place leading car. This car can ONLY start when the Green flag fly's.
-
Starts/Restarts are only accepted with in a zone marked on the outside wall of the track in Turn 4. (Up to Flagman's discretion.)
-
If a Caution comes out before completing the lap after a Start/Restart, then the field will be reset to its original place before the restart.
-
DO NOT BREAK CHECK! If you are caught break checking on the Starts/Restarts, a caution will be thrown on YOU and you will be sent to the rear of the field. (Also under Flagman's discretion. If you are caught doing this several times, you will be Black Flagged.)
-
Be sure to bunch up properly during a Start/Restart. We do not wish for any one to be left far behind when the Green Flag drops. We do not want to see you holding up majority of the field behind you by starting/restarting far behind.
-
Races will begin double file, side by side. After a lap is complete, and a caution comes out, we will then turn to the "Delaware Restart" Method (Race Leader starts on point, while the rest of the field start double file behind the race leader.) After so many cautions, the flagman has the discretion to restart the drivers in a single file formation.

CAUTIONS
-
You must slow your car down as soon as you see the Yellow Flag waving, and a Yellow light come on.
-
Do Not drive full speed past an accident! Try to avoid the accident as best as possible while slowing down to a acceptable pace.
-
Once you are aware of the accident and your surroundings under caution, be sure to catch up with the lead cars to line up in your proper position, and to be ready for the next restart.
-
Any One who ignores the safety of the other drivers by speeding up and flooring the gas pedal threw an accident will be Black Flagged and disqualified from the race.
-
If you cause a caution 2 times in a race, you will be Black Flagged to pull off the track and sent to your hauler. (This is for YOUR safety and the safety of the other drivers if your having issues with keeping your car under control.)
-
EVERY CLASS IS GIVEN A 30 MINUTE TIME LIMIT! This is plenty of time to finish your race. If It hits the 29 minute mark for your classes race, you and the flagman will be informed that the race is automatically shortened, and finished on a Green, White, and Checkered. This will ONLY happen once! If another caution comes out on the restart, then the race will be considered over, and who ever the leader is will be the winner of the race.
-
If it is the last lap, the only way a Caution will come out is when an accident BLOCKS the way for race leaders to safely make it back to the finish line/cone.
RED FLAG/STOP
-
All race drivers must stop on the track where they are positioned. This means the Track Staff has declared the track too dangerous to move forward, and will need time to clear an accident, or fix anything wrong with the track itself.
-
You Can NOT Exit your car while under a Red Flag! We do not need to waste even more time by waiting on race drivers to get back into their cars, get buckled in, cars started, and back rolling again. Stay in your car, ready to go back to caution.
-
You and your race team is NOT allowed to work on your car under a Red Flag. If you are caught doing this, you will be sent to the rear of the field before restarting the race.

AGGRESSION / DRIVER CONDUCT
-
Our Race Officials will NOT tolerate rough and dangerous driving! Our Race Officials have full authority to Black Flag and Disqualify you at any point they see fit.
-
ALL Flagman decisions are FINALE! If you wish to contest any race results with Track Officials, you can do it AFTER your race is over. Do NOT delay a race, simply because you are not happy with Track Official decisions.
-
We will NOT tolerate any form of Assault and/or Battery against any other drivers. The facility, or the other drivers are NOT afraid to press charges against you for this behavior. KEEP YOUR COOL!
-
DO NOT EXIT YOUR STOCK CAR WHILE ON THE TRACK UNLESS INSTRUCTED BY A TRACK OFFICIAL! THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD AND CAN GET YOU ACCIDENTLY RUN OVER!
-
If your car is on Fire, then you may exit your car as quickly as possible. Be sure to remember using the Fire Extinguisher that should be mounted near you inside the cockpit of your car.
-
All bannable offenses is under Track Owner's discretion, and he has FINALE say for your consequences.
-
Race to the CONE, not to the Flag stand. The CONE is just past the Flag Stand.

INSPECTIONS
-
Be sure to look for your specified Class Rules, and make sure EVERYTHING on your car is within specs of the rulesets of your class. If you are not certain, feel free to ask a Track Official to get an inspector to check your car before the start of your race.
-
At the end of the Feature Main Race, the top 5 Cars are to pull into the infield, up to the weigh-in station from the back stretch direction. A track inspector will look over your car and make sure you are within the proper limits regarding your class rules. HE WILL CHECK EVERYTHING!
-
